Newest trail truck 1990 146k miles v6 exhaust mod

Hey guys. I recently acquired my 13th 4Runner since 2012. This one is a trail truck. I originally bought an 88 but would rather have 4 doors to shove my dog, daughter, and wife in there with me.

Had a blown engine at 146k, so I swapped it. But in the process, remembered the quality 3.0 crossover so I took the liberty of modifying it, as well as documenting it along the way. I assume the photos are self explanatory.

I used a spare crossover from a 3.4 swap my friend had and just chopped it up.. I was a little nervous about it clearing the firewall but it fits perfect! I'll get more pictures of it installed from the wheel side

That's awesome! I'm actually in the middle of doing an engine swap myself, I may give this a shot! Hopefully will let the engine breathe a little better!

And what size tires are those?

Tires are 33x12.5r15. They were on the 88 that I got.. I ended up parting it out and ultimately got the wheels and tires for free.

No lift or anything on that truck? If any mods which ones? I have the 31x10.50's right now with no lift and I'm probably going to get the 32x11.5's next but I've always thought about the 33's

Nothing yet. I was planning on cutting and rolling the fenders. I don't really want to lift it because I know there isn't much for the IFS. I was going to put some FJ80 springs on the rear and chop them a little just enough to get the sag out. I may just chop the fenders though. I really like the low of it
