Funny, according to this

the trucks odometer read 74,736 on 10/09/2002 PA
Motor Vehicle Dept. EMISSION INSPECTION, Then 44,095 on 06/27/2012 Auto Auction REPORTED AT AUTO AUCTION

So if you calculated say 5k to 10k per year since 2002 that truck would have over 130k miles on it.
