Nitto prices

It's time for some new tires and have decided on Nitto Terra Grapplers. Got a price at of $760 out the door (tires, installation, Georgia 6% tax, lifetime balance and rotation,etc.) for four 265/70 r17's. Is this a lot? Sounds like a lot to me. Just curious if anyone has bought or priced a set of these tires recently and what they paid for them.

As a side note....I did find some online for approx $118 a tire but it would require all the extra's and head ache tacked on. I don't mind spending a little extra for one stop shopping but don't want to get taken.

That price sounds good. I'm getting my 2nd set of Nittos by fall and for 265/75s on a 16" rim will be costing me about $700 out the door.

I just paid 960 out the door for 5 265/70R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers with life time rotate and balancing. Which is close to 760 on 8 dollars more if I had only gotten 4 but I wanted a spare the same size as my other 4 tires.

I paid $767 for 5 - 265/70/17 TG's mounted/installed etc (not the thicker ply version though) from discount tire through a friend that worked there. It came out a little under the cheapest price I found online

It would be helpful if you would state if you purchased "P" or "LT" rated since that makes a difference in pricing and might be more accurate for people looking to purchase.
