Prairie City is a good place to go practice, but the OHV area for trucks is pretty small compared to the area they have for motorcycles. After trying both Prairie City and Hollister Hills, I would have to recommend Hollister Hills if it's within the same distance from you. There's much more to do there, like the obstacle course, plus there's lots of trails heading up into the hills.
