I've wondered why Paypal does not have at least some banking regulations applied to it.
It's a great service until you have even the smallest problem then you are done.

the only use i have for paypal is when i buy stuff on ebay. I have only been able to transfer or wire money to only one of my banks and its a Credit Union. I cant use the PayPal Debit card because it said the same bank account that I transfer funds to does not exist so I got a useless piece of plastic. It can help credit when you use there credit card when you have that bill payed out of you paypal account but its useless when nothing works. When i do transfer funds paypal said it will take 2 to 3 business days and in reality it takes 5 wtf

What is the link about? I have not heard anything about PayPal recently. I use it a lot and would like to know.
As for eBay...don't even get me started. They cater to buyers and not sellers. I do still sell on there because I have close to no luck on Craigslist unless it's a car/bike/something big, etc.
I just had a buyer force me to accept returns on something when I don't to begin with. Why? Because they don't like it. I tried to nicely explain I am not a store, I don't accept returns, etc., etc. They got nasty, left me bad feedback and now I'm not a Top Rated Seller anymore (not that that is anything to write home about but the little discounts were nice and the status alone seemed to bring in more $). Worse of all, they sent me an empty box as the "return" and eBay says they don't know what to tell me.
Situations like this make me realize how much people can suck. Is it that hard to read the description? I guess so, because I also had an incident where the person obviously only looked at the pictures. Guess who won there, despite the issue being covered 3x in my description? Yup, the buyer.
