Periodic humming/vibes

Had the same issue in another vehicle and eventually got a better stereo and subwoofer, one that goes to 11, and the problem went away.

I had a similar noise that I thought was coming from the front end but ended up being the rear driver side wheel bearing. replaced both in the back and back to normal.

I've done both rear bearings due to axle seal leaks and it's still noisy (although less so after doing the differential bearings), maybe I am lucky and I've got 3 bad wheel bearings

I have my 4Runner in the shop for diagnostics. The same noise you have is getting louder and I'm concerned it is a bearing either in the front differential or the wheel bearing about to go out. Will let you know what they say.

They couldn't find it. They said it was my supercharger (wrong). So, dealership is no help.

I just picked up a 2002 Limited T4R and had to drive it 60 miles back home. As soon as I break 60mph, the 4L/4H shifter has a mean vibration. I'm curious as to what it is, but not curious enough to solve it, as it's my winter truck and weekend errand runner. Came with a Toytec list SPC upper control arms from what I can tell. and has BFG All-Terrain K02's Love it regardless.

Of course. Although he did only charge half the diag fee. This is why I do my own work...
