UltimateYota presents the 13th annual 2015 Pismo Jamboree!

You are invited to join our 13th annual Pismo Jamboree held at the Oceano Dunes SVRA on September 18-20, 2015. Enjoy the unique dunes on California's Central Coast with other members from UltimateYota and other Toyota communities.

The Pismo Jamboree is open to all Toyota vehicles from stock to wild trail vehicles. All 2wd and 4wd vehicles are welcomed! This is a family event so don't forget to bring your family and friends. Don't forget to bring your 4 legged loved ones too!

Activities include camping on the beach, wheeling through 1,500 acres of sand dunes and GPS Challenge.

No formal registration or fee is required for this event so just show up!

As of January 1, 2010, all vehicles are required to have a whip and safety flag if you plan to explore Ocean Dunes SVRA. For more information please visit Dune Safety Regulations.

Do u need to make reservations to camp out? Is there a limit on the number of vehicles allowed in?

QC, I was there last Thanksgiving, in a house on the sand, 1 block south of the beach entrance. I seem to recall that access was limited for capacity reasons once. I was not staying in the OHV area, but I did rent an ATV for a while.

Here is some info, which does state that there are OHV limits. IDK if that applies to street vehicles, probably does, as i did see a couple FJ Cruisers dinking around in the OHV area.

If I had the time, I would go to the Jamboree. I like surf fishing if nothing else.

I might head out there tomorrow down the hardpack but I dont want to hit the dunes because my front diff is leaking out of the axle and mostly dont want to cause any more problems.

It hasnt seen sand since I changed the front suspension a few weeks ago.
