This is partly my fault.
I thought the FSM had been taken down due to copyright request and was no longer hosted so I suggested he ask for a Dropbox.

The on-line copy at ncttora was taken down. I mostly use the on-line copy hosted by our Taco brethren at 1996 to 2002 Toyota 4Runner OEM Repair and Wiring Manuals. This also includes the wiring manual.
I find the on-line copies easier to use as the page reference live links all work as does the indexing. You can go right to the chapter you want. The .pdf's I have seen don't do that as well. For instance, the one in the sticky has incomprehensible chapter titles. This drives me nuts. The page links don't do anything when you click on them. Likewise.
I do keep one on my tablet to use off-net and another on my desktop as backup. I also have my '99 paper FSM I use when working on my own truck. It's paid for itself many times in 13 years.
Just searching would not have gotten this info, although it will now.
