no thats about right, by the time you add shipping and the added lights that is the same as you'd pay from the company......
and you save the 6 month wait if i had the cash i'd get it, heck even if he charged more for it it would be worth it to avoid the lead time.

I had no idea they were that much. I see they look like a train would bounce off of 'em...

oh i stand corrected they dropped the price down to 979 for these, used to be the 1.1K price as seen on the 4th gens...
but adding the lights is 200 more not to mention body lift brackets if your running that is another $50 bucks or so, so current total on that right now is
with shipping is about 1.5K 1.2-1.3 for bumper and 300 or so for shipping, yeah second thought that is pretty high price...
i bet he;s banking on the fact you have to wait 6 months....
