Pricing help '06 Limited V8 4x4

Car is a '06 Limited 4x4 v8 with Navigation, 99k miles, no X-REAS. New tires and recently did TB and plugs (did not do WP for whatever reason). Right now, it's @ $16,800 and seller is not budging. Thoughts please.
