Q Re: 1" Cornfed front lift

Want to do the 1" Cornfed front suspension lift from Burtman. Love the look, levels out the vehicle nice, but I have the rear air suspension and on Burtman's website it says that it doesn't work with that system. Why is that? Would the auto levelling feature want to raise the height of the rear based on the added front end height? I thought the auto levelling had more to do with responding to carrying a heavy weight in the back or for when towing something which tends to lower the back end? Has anyone out there done this type of lift with the RAS system? Thx

Good question , I wouldn't think just doing a front end 1" spacer lift would have an effect on the rear air suspension.

I want one of them too. I believe its a 1/2" spacer that gives the 1" of lift. I would suppose you would have to re aim the headlights too. I sometime already get the lights flashed at me and I'm stock height with about a 1/2" of lift from the 70 series tires.
