Rear Sway Bar mount bolt sheared off

Hey folks, I've got some new ES bushings and brackets on order, but when I was under my truck the other day I noticed that the top bolt on the driver's side sheared right off it's still stuck in the hole flush with the frame, the bracket is bent down where the swaybar cleared out, and the sway bar is now seated against the spring.

This might be a dumb question, but is this bolt welded to the frame? If not, what size/grade bolt would be it's replacement?

Are you talking about the mounts at the end of the sway bar or the mounts that are attached to the axle in the middle of the sway bar.

Nut is welded to the axle then. I would get a drill and drill the bolt out and run a, I believe, M8 x1.25 tap through it.
