Rear wheel won't turn 2006 sr5 4runner

Any ideas why I can't rotate my right rear wheel? Probably should not have done this but had my truck washed in below freezing weather, parked it in my unheated garage then 3 days later tried to back it out and it won't budge. Switches gears smoothly. I jacked up all corners and back right rear stuck. I jacked up the whole rear and left rear rotates normally while right still locked. Took off the tire and put heater next to it for about 6 hours to melt any ice. No luck. Next will try taking off caliper to see if it a brake issue. I do have spider spacers on for the last 4 years could it be the bearing? Or could water gotten into electrical conection for abs/trac control? Just strange how I could pull into garage fine then not turn 3 days later.

Kick it a few times. (not hard, but a nice kick) It helps an astonishing amount with a lot of things.

Parking brake would be my first choice of possibilities.

Unlikely Caliper There would have to applied hydraulics in order for the caliper to be able to hold the vehicle. More and likely it's the parking brake. Parking brake is the old shoe system that has springs to retract the shoes when released.

Would the parking brake be an issue even if it wasn't used when I parked?

If you washed it and promptly parked it you probably have ice where it doesn't belong. Hit the gas and it'll free itself. If that's not what you did I have no idea.

I have to do this occasionally. Usually after running it through the touch-less car wash and letting it sit over night.
