I should have bought one for the other side as well. It's been awhile, I will contact the disturber tomorrow and see if he is willing to do another groubuy. I'm not sure if he will do as good as deal as last time. But it's worth shot. Haha. If he gives it a green light I'll edit the first page for new instructions, timing, and pricing.

I had the same issue, i didn't use the washer and it threaded perfectly.

I've been pretty happy with it so far. Super-versatile for mounting all sorts of gear. Just wished that third mount was more secure. What would be cool is if they can make a rack that can mount to the rear lift hatch.

For those of you with a 4th gen, do you see anyway to make these racks work with the cargo cover too???

They are just about to finalize the 3rd gen model. Working it done mounting kinks last I heard from one of them.
