Removing seat covers: head rest inserts?

Hi all,

I came across the answer to my question before but I've been searching and can't find it again. I'm trying to take the leather seat cover off my Limited seat back. How is the insert that holds the head rest removed?

From underneath. You have to pull the seat cover up then squeeze the insert together from the bottom. It will pop right out.
