I need some opinions replacing my lb joints, i/o tie rods...

Only to drive the truck over to a nearby dealership, in order to buy the OEM ones to install.

No. OEM only on LBJ for safety, and OEM on the ITRE and OTR for reliability and longevity.

Most people will say go OEM on this site including myself. But again others have had some luck with cheap non oem parts.

You got it. Yeah, the LBJs on our trucks are the MAIN area where you never want to sacrifice. I'd first get discount brakes before I got discount LBJs

Non-oem like me. Moog LBJ with zerx fittings for greasing (I've got 30k miles on mine). Wasn't "cheap" by any means, great quality too. The grease fittings sold me.

When I checked, the difference was around $50-60 per side more expensive for OEM (in Canadian Funds).

I currently have MOOG LBJ's on my T4R with a little over 20K miles on them (instyalled by the Previous owner) and the passenger side boot is ripped, so I just said screw it and ordered the OEM ones as replacements.

The MOOG ones are still tight though (no play, I check every 1k Miles), so I'll just replace them in the spring.

Just replaced my LBJ's with Toyota parts.
Did the Inner/Outer Tie Rod ends with Moog although they were stamped Made in Japan.

Found a great write up here and it worked flawlessly. Wouldn't trust any other brand for the LBJ's.
I didn't wanna pay $140+ a piece for the Toyota Inner Tie Rod ends, so I chose Advance Auto to supply them. got it all finished and down to the alignment shop for $80. Time will tell how everything holds up.

Definitely choose Toyota for the ball joint at least.
