Rooftop Cargo Boxes? Which Brand?

I got an unused used Sears X-Cargo carrier and I've loaded it past capacity a few times. $100 and it locks. Last time it did peel open on the sides but, I think thats because I had used tie downs on the cross bars (pulling them cliser together) to hold a few other items on the roof. Stopping to add tape on the trip to hold it shut worked fine.

Or if you have about $20 and some bungee cords, probably something like this will work. Saw it today. Pretty clever if you need just a little extra support for something small.
