seriously rusted nut

ok so I know this is a noob question but I've never encountered a group of nuts this stubborn. I'm in the process of changing my front suspension.
I sanded off most of the rust and tried spraying it with liquid wrench it for a whole week! I tried a wrench with brute force (didn't go further because I didn't wanna strip the nuts), my last resort was a blow torch but that was a bit tricky as well (last one behind is hard to reach) and it didn't work

At this point I'm thinking of getting a nut splitter but before I get violent, you guys have any other tricks I could use?

From my experience your best shot is to soak it in PB Blaster for a couple of days and then hit it with an impact driver.... Make sure you use a 6 point socket to minimize rounding it off....
