Shocks and Questions

So, I am slowly piecing together my lift I have so 8 wrap LCs for the rear and Revtek 3in. spacers for the front.

I was so happy two weeks ago to finally put all this wonderful stuff on, until I had the coilover out on the ground compressing the spring, with the new spacer in, to get the nut back on the shock/strut but I quickly realized the it just wasn't going to work.

The strut just wouldn't extend far enough!

Do I need to get new shocks/struts all the way around? or maybe just the front?
Or shock extensions, but would rather not have to resort to those (weak for offload)

Help! Please!

P.S. I just replaced driver side rear wheel bearing...pretty simple fun stuff

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Stock and aftermarket front shocks are the same length. IF they were longer, they would cause the wheels to droop beyond the safe limit and could cause CV breakage or even allow them to pull apart.

(Big top out spacers can also cause this)(topout spacers mount on top of the assembled shock/coil)

If you are set on spacers for the front, keep compressing the coil till it fits.
Spacers can cause a rough ride due to this compression of the short stock coil. This is why replacement coils are better and don't cost much more than spacers.
