Need some advise...

I have a stock 2020 Limited w/ 55,000 miles. Should I be replacing shocks/struts/mounts now? The vehicle feels fine... I'm getting what seems like more feedback over bumps/potholes than I used to.

If I do swamp them out, will the vehicle feel more solid over bumps and potholes?

General rule of thumb is 50k-100k, so you're in that range depending on how/where you drive.
I am unsure if my shocks were OEM when I replaced them at 180k but I know they were on there for 60k at the very least (bought at 120k) and they weren't "bad" yet. They had similar rebound and compression as the new 5100's I installed. That was 90% highway and 10% mountain roads.
Most people are going to tell you to upgrade anyways though, I personally would unless you only drive highway and even then some aftermarket entry level shocks are going to marginally better than OEM.

If you replace your shocks with aftermarket I think the general answer to your question about feeling more "solid" over bumps is ... yes. But what does "solid" mean? Sometimes it will be more harsh depending on the shock you choose. I currently have Bilstien 4600 all around and they are more firm than OEM, feel good most of time except over small /medium bumps, get a lot of feedback and as has been explained, it is because they are "digressive" valved.
I have a new set of Dobinson IMS that I just received and am hoping that they will provide a smoother ride over the same bumps but still give that "solid" feel at other times, we'll see. I am 100% street driver.
Do some research on shocks, "Shock Surplus" has some good explanatory videos on youtube as do some other companies.

It might be a good idea to give those shocks and struts a once-over. They're pretty important for keeping your ride smooth and steady. If you're noticing a bit more jolt and bounce over bumps, it could mean the shocks are losing their touch. Even if your car seems okay for now, swapping them out might bring back that solid feel and make your ride even better.

Oh, and when you decide to change them, don't forget to check the mounts for any wear and tear. Trust me, a fresh set of shocks and struts can really step up your ride comfort and handling, especially with the miles adding up.

I am at 160,000 miles with the stock OG set up, drives like the day I bought it as far as I can tell. I drive pretty easy, no off roading.

Edit- I may be out of the loop on shocks.
I drove my last car, a 2002 Isuzu Trooper to 170,000 miles on the original shocks and I'm approaching that number on the 4runner with original shocks. Drove my coworkers 2022 Limited and it felt good and firm, on 20's though so that affects the ride quality.

It really depends what you want and what you put on it.

The twin tube OEM shocks can last a very long time, but they do not work well even when brand new LOL. This design is such that they may not leak for eons even as they provide mediocre dampening since Day 1.

Monotube shocks, by contrast, can leak much more easily and die a very quick death in result. This makes them "honest" as I put it for you have a clear cut boundary between works/fails. With twin tubes, they rarely fail but then again did they ever really work?

If you like them, keep them. I could not stand mine even on road and they were a joke off road. But tastes and desires vary.
