Silencer Alarms_ Proto Call for Resetting

When my family bought my 4runner new at the dealership back in 1997, they factory/dealer installed a Silencer Alarm System. I know the thing sucks and this is not a bash the Silencer Alarm thread, I just need to know how to reprogram it.
I have a new 'clicker', and button that goes on the rear of the alarm in the car, I just lost the directions for the protocol to make the 'clicker' work again.
Any help would be appreciated!

The instructions in this thread:http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/7501-programming-instructions-keyless-entry-remote.html say they are for 99-02 but you can give it a shot...maybe it's the same process.
