Steering Groan

So I've been getting a loud intermittent groan coming from my front end when turning lately. I say 'intermittent' but it's there more than it isn't. I've noticed it's not as bad if it has been raining or wet. I'm suspecting it's the lower ball joints but before I go and replace the LCA's I wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar noise and fixed it. I flushed the power steering thinking that may have been causing it but that didn't seem to help. Any thoughts or opinions?

Ive had one ever since the apes over at firestone manhandled my suspension when "trying" to do an alignment. Sounds like rubber rubbing against metal on turns. Something similar to yours? I've pulled the sway bar and replaced the UCAs since and still have the sound so I'm with you in thinking it's the LCA. Not sure if it's the ball joint or the bushings though.
