Stock rack with CVT Denali RTT

Hello. Was gonna purchase a RTT this weekend but have a stock rack. Will this work with my stock rack? If not what are some inexpensive ways to improve without getting a full rack yet?

It should. I use a Tepui Autana on the factory rack. The key is not to attach it to the crossbars. They aren't strong enough and the fact that they aren't flat across presents challenges. Attach it directly to the much stronger side rails and it's totally fine.

The Denali needs 3 crossbars evenly distributing the 200+ lbs in dry weight. I have a Rainier that was mounted to a 3/4 Frontrunner rack before I moved it over to my trailer and it was pushing the limits with the aftermarket rack in terms of length and weight. At 87” long it’s essentially the length of the entire roof and there would be no way to mount it without a full length rack. For a Denali I would only put it on a trailer IMO...it’s friggin huge.
