Sunroof sunshade popped out of tracks

Can someone help on how to fix this.

Short story is the sun shade is sitting above the silver track on the driver side, sandwiched between the sunroof and the silver track and on the right side it is half above and half in the track.

The good news is that the on and off rattle I have had for years is gone

The bad news is that I can't open the sunroof or sun shade :rockthrow:

Anyone know how to release the track or how else to get leverage to push the shade back into the track?

Take the roof off! No, but in all seriousness, check out a hanes manual?

Hey, I may create the first retro 1st Gen out of a 4th Gen!

I have the Hanes manual, and in two months haven't thought to pull it out, doh.
