SW Colorado and Moab area in November

I'm planning a trip from Texas through SW Colorado to the Moab area. Specifically, I'm definitely going to hit White Rim Trail in Canyonlands and then I'll see what else I want to do in the area. I think I'll be fine with the weather in November in that area, but let me know if I'm wrong.

Where I think I might be up against the snow is the part where I drive through SW Colorado. I'm looking to get off the highways around Trinidad and stick to trails as much as possible to get to Moab. I'd love to hit Imogene and/or Ophir pass on the way, but I'm guessing there will be snow by then. I'm having a hard time finding the average time of year that these passes close. It's also difficult figuring out which trails might have a better chance of being open (just using a Benchmark atlas) to draft up some kind of overlanding route. What areas should I plan to avoid or include based on the November timeframe and the potential for snow? Maybe I just need to have a primary and an alternate route that I can down-mode into based on weather....

rain snow mix in the denver area today. november is too late to be trying most of the passes you mention and to overland across the state.

I was down in Telluride this past weekend and it was snowing, come November I would guess Imogene and the like will be snowed in.

I-70 closed at Eisenhower and Berthoud Pass was a challenge tonight. In the past week the divide has gone from clear to snow-bound. Granted, this is up north, but November is probably going to be far too late for any high country off-roading this year.
