Torn tire lug

After a recent trail run, I noticed I shed some lugs. This is probably the worst, with what looks like nylon showing through. Should I be worried. Is there something I can do to protect that spot like "shoe goo" or something?

I have chunked out more then one tire before and kept driving it....
but then again they were work trucks and got new tires just about every year anyways....
I say take it to a local tire shop and ask a tech, it is hard to see just how bad it is in your photo.... another option is to make that your spare time and replace that one, or the two on that end of the truck
