Trying to score a resonator of a 4th gen T4R ...please help!

Hello all,

I am new to the forum, I used to own a 3rd Gen T4R and loved it. I now own an FJ cruiser and I want to score an OEM resonator off a 4th gen T4R. FJ's have an annoying exhaust drone at cruising speed, it would not be too bad if I didn't have diagnosed hearing loss and keep asking my wife to repeat everything she's says when we are driving down the highway.

I could go aftermarket, but I know a lot of 4 runner owners cut their resonator out. I figured I could score a genuine toyota part dirt cheap here.

I live in Houston and I am willing to pay shipping or if you are local to the Houston area I can come to you or meet somewhere.

Thanks everyone for the responses! I PMed Gaterose about his resonator. If he cannot locate his in his storage shed, I will hit you guys up.

They don't make too big a difference at wide open throttle or when gunning the throttle , but once the engine settles into a constant RPM at cruising speed, they do a great job of eliminating or reducing the "drone" of the exhaust. That's the constant hum that the exhaust has.

Fj are not equipped with resonators and are known for not having much sound dampening material from the factory. I already ripped out my interior and spent a weekend adding about 80sqft of dampening material to the roof, floor and wheel wells. Now I want to add a resonator
