Welcome... With the exception of the avatar I don't know how to do pics on this site. Most of us use a hosting like photobucket or similar and just link to the pics.
To do an avatar hit the user cp button the edit avatar.
Posting pics easy. Click on "Manage Attachments", then either "Upload" from your computer or from a URL. Wait 'til upload is complete. Then close the window and hit "Submit Reply".
