I live in Arkansas. Makes Yuma look downright civilized by comparison, so I'm saying it in jest. But I just remember heading out to "town" between training cycles and thinking how amazing it was that the Army actually found a place more remote than Ft Irwin.

Not an indictment against the people... but there really isn't much to do out there.
