If you do you own maint/work and record it at the Toyota.com site, do not be surprised if all your input disappears after a dealer visit for recall/warranty/tsb or any other service.
This has happened to me twice. The dealer claimed "Toyota" did it. I called Toyota's cust. service number and was told the "Dealer" did it" which I suspected all along.

Would be nice if the "service app" on the "infotainment" system was set up from the factory. One day i will fill in all the info... Probably not. Lol.
