Can you still feel the OEM heated seats and lumbar support through these covers or do you have to buy the add on options?

Owned a pair for quite a while in the vehicle I owned previous to my new 4Runner.

The lumbar support will be slightly accentuated by the thickness of the neoprene, it'll be as is plus the thickness of the material.

The seat heat will be "muted" because you have a 1/8" or whatever layer of neoprene between what you were sitting on and what you are now sitting on. Expect less heat per any given setting of your heated seats.
