I doubt it would effect it very much.
On my truck I run less than max pressure unless I'm towing or hauling.
Ride and handling is better, tires wear more evenly too.
What to do if its too stiff?

So I dropped the pressure down to 26 psi. Seemed to maybe help a little??? I don't know. Maybe it's just the way it is. Either way doesn't matter now because either the HG went or the timing cover because all my coolant ended up in the oil. So that's bad. Out with the old and in with the new. I guess the TDI swap is coming sooner than later. I already have the motor. I've finished the wire harness. Clutch, adapter, rough country lift, and a bunch of other parts have been ordered! Now in addition to riding like crap it will smell bad and be loud! The lady is gonna love it
