And to drive my point home something no one can argue against:

Golden Pearl is that color i guess, but it is NOT Dorado golden pearl listed above in the options.

When its clean black looks the best. Problem is keeping black clean for longer then a few hours is a real challenge.

I would say a nice durable color is silver and I have seen a few off white with a hint of gray 3rd Gen 4Runner's around town. I think this is a very cool color.

I really like Evergreen Pearl (dark green metal flake) with Taupe (tan/beige) cloth interior. The green/tan combination looks classy and fits in with the outdoors. I don't want to stick out when I'm wheeling somewhere I "might not" suppose to be.:driving:

I think my favorite factory color is the Black with grey interior. The downside is when wheeling the tight trails of western Washington you get all kinds of pin striping. I am planning to repaint mine army green from the TTE FJ Cruiser then use AG111 clear coat to protect it. The bumpers will be painted satin black. If i had photo shop skills i would make an example.

I love my Evergreen Pearl! It's not as common of a color as Silver, white or Black, and changes colors depending on what lighting is around!

That being said, I can't pick ONE color as my favorite! I've seen beautiful examples on this site of every color available!

Obviously gonna pic mine for Evergreen Pearl (sorry Baja....but I'm loyal to my baby)

Silver, there are a few, but Liny, Bigfish, TFJ-4Runner, g3rant3t and SR5 Sushi's rig are all nice!

Black, Blcktpgsr's, GotaBTRD, MillerPka, CityRider and Bandit Runner are GREAT!

Sunfire Red, I'd have to say goes to 4Runnit

Imperial Jade Mica, gonna have to say COB

I forget the name of the color....but it's the light blue color...I say Comarc

Autumn Blaze goes to Dirtco

White, gonna have to say 8sm, but Brian2sun or JMoney tie for second place.

Golden Pearl, gotta be Scat Adams' rig

Who's next....ummm.... oh yes.... Shadow Mica definately goes to SQ.MD

Durado Gold (sorry for the spelling) goes to Ripcord.


These are mostly off the top of my head...so I may have missed some! Even with all of these listed, there are many more that I have added to my Flashdrive Slideshow, that are also great!

Bottom line, we have a great collection of SWEET looking 4Runners on this site, and they only get sweeter everyday!
