Those are the ID names for 2 other fuse slots that impact the function of the power door locks.

So if any of those 3 fuses are bad, your power door locks may not work.

#4 is MPX-B (15A) and controls:
Power back window, back door lock, back window wiper, open door warning (back door), power door lock control system, back window defogger, horns, theft deterrent system

Fuse Box in Engine Compartment:

#23 is ECU-IG (10A) and controls:
Cruise control system, anti−lock brake system, vehicle skid control system, SRS airbag system, electronically controlled automatic transmission system, power antenna, power window, electric moon roof, power back window, back window defogger, back window wiper

#39 is POWER (30A) and controls:
Power window, power back window, electric moon roof, power seat, back door lock

Fuse or something more?

I'm having issues with my power locks. I recently purchased a 98 T4R (no key fob). Power locks do not work when using the lock/unlock button from driver or passenger door. When using the key to unlock/lock door from keyhole, it will only lock/unlock the one door and not all of them when you give it 2 turns.

Could this be a fuse issue or something more?

I have followed this thread, thank you for the good info to start with. I did find that my #39 is POWER (30A) fuse had blown. Is there a reason for its different size/shape than the rest of the fuses? I live in Belize and cannot get a replacement but can find other 30A fuses. Can I run it in line?

Door Lock switch

I recently bought a 97 sr5 4wd 4runner from a guy. He told me the locks dont Work from the switch. I checked the wires from the controls switch theyre all good, fuses all good. Anybody got and idea What it could be? Oh and both front door lock switches dont Work and no motor sound from the lock actuator.

wish my '98 fuse panel looked the same. trying to find the fuse for the rear hatch power lock. anyone know which one it is?
