Who is still running off road HIDs in 2019??

If you have off road HIDs in 2019 can you please post some images of the beam patterns. I am weighing LED bar vs HID spots.still not 100% convinced on LED - please do not post LED images I have seen plenty but good HID images are harder to find.

so by offroad HID you mean headlights without cutoffs?

or aux lights you only use offroad?

tons of us run retrofit HID headlights. you can't even put in the application for the cool kids club unless you have retrofit headlight morimoto style!

seriously though? I run HID headlights and have LED spots PIAA brand and that combo lights up things at least a mile down the road for me.

I can maybe try and shoot a compare for you between normal hallogen and my HID, HID + LED

LED have come a long way in the past couple of years.

While I never ran a pair on my own vehicle, I have a friend with an HID converted set of hella rallye 4000s and they are outrageous. They put my 20" bar to shame as far as distance goes. I think HIDs are still a viable option but the bulb life & lack of warm up time of an LED is hard to beat
