Will a V8 OEM front skid plate for a V6 ?

I'm about to sell my V6 that has an RCI Metalworks skid plate so I want to know before I run into issues if I can just swap the V8 skid plate from the new vehicle.

I just passed on my alum eng and trans skids to [MENTION=87687]LTDSC[/MENTION] the trans is the only one that he had to modify to fit that I heard.

Are you saying you want to take an OEM V8 skid plate and put it on the V6? Yes that's it'll fit.

(assuming you're taking your skids and putting them on the V8 as well, as said above you might need some slight modifications there)

correct. the V8 has the cooler lines that you have to notch just a little but if you're going from 8-6 youll be fine.
