Would you pay 9 grand for a 4runner with 91k mi?

Toyota 4Runner SR5 - 2001 91,000 - Single Owner

A unicorn indeed, in terms of miles, 4x4, and single owner. However, after 15 years, 9,500 seems steep. KBB values it roughly around 6k. What do you guys think?

I didn't get a chance to see the craigslist ad before the seller took it down but if it was in good cosmetic shape inside and out and checked out on inspection with no major issues then,yes.

And in southern california, it would be a Unicorn if its a 4x4 with a 6 cylinder motor with good cosmetics.
