Wow the forum is super quick now

I tried multiple times daily for the past six days without success to get on. I'm currently able to, but pages are oddly arranged with a lot of symbols. It showed I had some notifications, but clicking on the link resulted in error messages, going elsewhere other than to my notifications, all at molasses speed. It took several minutes just to open this page, as my single notification was a like to a previous comment here.

Which part of this barely functional outdated forum did you think was well protected? This is entirely predictable and preventable.

Well the forum seems to be running very well now that the "Robots" have hopefully been weeded out.

That explains the page that came up first, so quick that I was barely able to read that it was verifying that I was a human. Had to look up what a DDOS attack was. But whatever, the home page popped in the blink of an eye and I was able to navigate quickly. A big thank you to the admins!

Newly registered, for some reason it's super slow if you're not registered and logged in. Just popping in from google searches and half the time it doesn't even load...
