Xenon Depot order....should I be worried?

So I finally...after wanting to go HID for years....ordered my Xtreme Phillips HID kit in 4300K from Xenon Depot....the same place everyone on here goes and the same place I've been eyeing for years.

I placed my order, but it remained in a "processing" state for about 3 days now. I emailed asking when it would ship out...but have not been given a response.

Anyone who ordered from this place know if this is normal? Should I be a bit worried?

Yeah, I've gotten 2 kits from them. An Extreme, and a Volt. I had the exact same issue as you. And they were pretty slow on the responding to the email. Turns out they had an address issue because my billing and current address didn't match. Got it straightened out.

Hrm...weird. well hopefully things go through soon. I'm not sure what the hang-up is. My addresses are all the same so I have no incorrect data entered. I know this place is legit given the amount of T4R users who have done business with them.

Have you sent him a PM? It always amazes me that people will post a thread about a company without PMing the guy.

Ive bought 2 kits and had great service both times, to include speedy PMs.
 
I ordered my HID kit (4300K) a couple weeks ago and just got it today - it was backordered. I got an email saying it was backordered about a week after I ordered it. This may be what the issue is - I'd give them a call.
 
Definitely give them a call. Steve from Xenon Depot is usually pretty good about responding. They have been busy lately and if the kit is back ordered then it will just take a little longer. I wouldn't be too worried. they are a very reputable company that many of us have used. If we felt the company wasn't providing good business for our members i doubt they would still be a sponsor on the website.

Agreed! :) I will try and shoot a PM just to inquire. I'm sure its a back order issue. Either way I'll get them sooner or later. Payment has already gone through and stuff.
 
I wouldn't worry about it. My order(s) have taken a few days before shipping out. Great products.
 
Just a quick update. It doesn't look like I can PM XenonDepot (steve)...there is no option to PM him...maybe inbox is full or something????

I still haven't received an email response about my order. I sent an email last week. Nothing back yet....and my order is still in "processing."

I'll keep this thread updated.

Very worried

I Place a Order od H11 from Xenondepot,on feb 08 2010 and still NOT receive anything,i I spoke with Steve many times,emails,and still nothing,he just say is a backorder,what should I do,any of you experience the same situation.
hope steve,understand my situation.and send my H11 order soon

There was a backorder on some of the kits however all h11 HID kits have shipped out. Please email me with your order number so that I can provide you with your tracking number.
