So I was board at work and figured I'd make a grill. I had to replace a tray garnish on a 2011 4runner and thought it would be a pretty good donor.

So then I took my grill off and started cutting

I went down to the body shop and got this awesome plastic apoxy that sets up in 15 minutes.

Picked up some mesh at home Depot and painted it flat black. Then found center and used the same plastic apoxy to adhere the mesh and letters to the grill frame.

Nicest one I've seen yet! The size and font of the 4Runner emblem subtly modernizes the rig. Cool stuff!
