Per my knowledge, no they do not. I will double check. Not needed as you are supposed to retain the factory rubber bumpstops.

No one is "supposed to retain the stock bumpstops"! If you ask Toyota, you are "supposed" to retain the OEM suspension.
The question was simply does the 6112 have internal bump stops (many do) and apparently someone named "Jr" answered at Bilstein that these didn't, and went on to say to Saker that the Superbumps were ok because the 6112s had more travel than the "OE suspension" has travel. However, what was not asked of "Jr" was to qualify that statement. Using different bumps, whether it be Superbumps/hydros/pneumatic etc changes the suspension travel. Then what about aftermarket UCAs? Every aftermarket UCA offers more travel. To include the ones that use OE type ball joints because they reorient the cup so as they are back in their originally designed range of motion. So not only are we worried about increased up travel with the bumps, but we are equally concerned about increased down travel!

Chas/Total - Been an extremely busy couple of weeks lately but I was finally ready to order...I called... but you are not open on Saturdays! (Doh on my part)
Questions;
1) What is in the 6112/5160 "Kits" both front and rear plus billet rear mount???
2) I have a 2015 Trail. I want 2" all around. Looks like the 3rd notch will be 2" for the front. (2.5" on the 4th) Please confirm.
3) What spring, spacer, etc will be needed to make the rear 2" as well?
4) Are the 6112's in stock or on Back order?
Thanks!!

Thanks for the post!
We offer kits with either the 5100 or 5160 rear! They include the shocks, springs & hardware.
Heights vary, but on the second notch you should get the 2" you are looking for.
In the rear, we offer a 2" ICON coil spring that works great with the 5160 shocks.
We've got a few pairs in stock! Give us a call at 702.979.1577 we are normally open M-F 8-9PST

Just purchased from Totalautomotive - Thanks Mike!
Saker - I think I'll build it up with fresh Toyota parts, like in your build. Where did you get the parts... Local Toyota dealer?
I also purchased the Icon 2" springs for the rear and will set it to the third clip on the front for a two inch lift all the way around.

@ CSix
,
Yes, purchased from my local dealership, they matched camelback's pricing.
I think all new parts were 160+
Parts #'s for my application are in my build thread.

The 6112's are installed in the front at the third C clip setting for ~2" lift on a 2015 T4R Trail. The rear 5160's are installed with the Icon 2" springs. Tires are Nitto Terra Grappler G2's. I'd say I came right in at 2".
Before After Lift
L Front 34.5 36.5 2.0"
L Rear 37.0 39.0* 2.0"
R Front 35.0 36.5 2.0"
R Rear 36.75 39.0* 2.0"
(Actually, 39 1/8" but i rounded...)
Notes:
I'm amazed that the side to side "lean" disappeared after the lift.
@ Saker
noted similar equality between the sides.
No lift noted from the 5160s, only the springs. My dog is in the back and it came out 2 inches exactly. Now, he needs to jump a tad bit higher...
The mechanic said the Alignment came in perfect. (i do not have the sheet)
It's raining in Colorado today so everything is wet. All I have are dirty pics...
We took it for a drive up High Grade Road. Yes, it's pouring out... a real good test. Driving has a much improved feel. Tracking, bumps are indeed handled better (the driver alert bumps kinda melt away). IMHO, this is how the 4Runner should be stock. Yeah, suspensions are subjective and definitely wont say this is the best thing since sliced bread sprinkled with unicorn dust but, really... I do like.
