Icon Rebound wheel

I like the clean lines and simple look. I like the 17x8.5 size and 4.5" backspace. That fits a 285/70/17 tire well. The load rating is significantly more than most wheels of similar design.
Why would anyone choose a 4.75" or 5" backspace? Wider stance?
The non-functional beadlock adds a few pounds of purely decorative weight. The link to the TALV site does not indicate the weight of the wheel. The price, at $230 each is more than the SCS Stealth 6. I believe the SCS is around $195 for the same size.
Would these look good in front of King Shocks?

Our Customer Support Team was working on this earlier today...

All 17" wheels are 30lbs.
All 20" wheels are 38lbs.

There are very few aftermarket wheels that I like the look of, but I really like the look of these. Don't have much of an opinion on the whole beadlock debate since there's all sorts of fake shit that doesn't serve an actual purpose on our vehicles. These look sweet.

Fake bead lock is gay, but the valve stem protection looks good on the Rebound. Most of their other models looks like the valve stem sticks out past the rim where it will get torn off by rocks.

OEM trail wheels have baller valve stem protection. thats probably the least of my worries when the wife takes the car to work/grocery story tho.

A wheel with 4.75" or 5" backspacing will actually be tucked in more than a wheel with 4.5 or 4.3" like SCS have.

Why, why, why can't Icon make these with a 4" or 4.25" backspacing? 4.75" puts them a little close to the steering knuckle when running a 285 and wider tire.

I like them.....and the ''beauty ring'' looks removeable so if you damage the lip you can replace it, or paint it a contrasting color.

Thanks for the info. That's heavier than some rims (SCS for example) without the beadlock.
Now reading more closely I see the 4.5" setback is for a 5 on 5.5" lug pattern, which doesn't fit the T4R Trail Edition. The 6 on 135 mm or 6 on 5.5 is the close to the T4R. 5.5" = 134.7 mm. I think the 5.5 circle is closest to the Toyota. Does anyone know if that's correct? Is 135 mm close enough? What is the stock circle?
The 5" and 4.75" backspace fit these later two wheels. The 6x5.5 is available with a 4.75" backspace.
At 4.75" backspace the center of the wheel is over the mounting surface (hub?). I'm looking at upgrading to a 285/70/17 LT Cooper or Falken. an 8.5" wheel is recommended for that size tire.
