TSB EL010-03 Gauge Visibility Improvement

Toyota Technical Service Bulletin EL010-03 (June 20, 2003) that addresses owner complaints that the speedometer numbers are difficult to read in certain lighting conditions on 2003 model year 4Runner vehicles.

The following procedure was developed to improve instrumentation visibility.

MY GARAGE
This is great!! I have this complaint about my 03 as well but I've just been turning the dashlights on. It would be nice to have them come on automatically. Thanks for the TSB.

BTW: I lived in North Bay for two years while I went to Canadore. Nice city, lots of beautiful College/Uni girls!

Fortunately, this problem has not effected my T4R ... yet! Another member was looking for this info so I posted it for him.

Small world ... North Bay is a nice, little city.

The vehicle (Toyota 4Runner) may be difficult to start or have an abnormally low or rough idle after the battery has been disconnected or power to the engine ecm has been interrupted.
