I'm from Vancouver also. I have an 05 V8 SR5
I'm down to do some easy offroading. Let me know if anybody is interested.

Ok in the next few weeks I'll try to get details of how to get the keys. Then we can all head up together. I think the road up to eagle ridge fairly stock friendly. It's the side shoot that are a lttle technical. I'm playing paintball there next week I'll try to scout it out.

theres info on the bc4x4 website under the 4wdabc section.

i saw pics of a guy go up there with a showroom stock taco so 4runners should get up without too much trouble.

My brother-in-law's and my vehicle. He has the classic pickup truck with canopy. Standard transmission; he can pull a trailer and atv no problems!

So I went and TRIED to make a run up Eagle Ridge last month in hopes of catching the fireworks from top. I didn't make it 10mins past the gate. The fire road fairly beat up now since the last I was up here 4 years ago. There are some very large rocks that need a spotter to navigate around. I turned around as I had my little girl with me. It was getting too dark for my tastes to mucking around by myself. Props to the guy in the monster 1st gen who patiently let me back down and turn around.

Anyone want to try this during the day?
