I agree with you on saving some $$$... I am all for it too... I am debating on whether to do the TRD Skid Plate, or maybe the T-Force type on mine... I am thinking of the following add-ons slowly...
- Skid Plate either TRD or T-Force Type
- Vent Visors - In Channel style---
- Pocket Flares- -- Probably black unless I can find them color match to Classic Silver...
- Add some type of Lift without breaking an arm and leg... As I hardly do any crazy off-roading.. but never say never....
- I be interested in swapping out the TEP wheels with TRD Pro type, or some other aftermarket type... as long I find someone who is willing to purchase the wheels off my hand...
- I am still un-decided on the bug shield for the hood, as I am more inclined towards the 3m hood protector film, similar to what I have on the door edges, lower door panels, and door handle area...
Let me know if you figured out a way to remove the texas bugs from the vehicle without scratching the vehicle.
MY previous 2008 UrbanRunner all black was notorious for showing every splattered bug on the bumper... ahhhh,,,,, I bought that ride brand new and just crossed 177K on it and still have it in the family...
