These things are always broken in the junk yard (literally I've seen one intact out of dozens), and it's otherwise a part people don't discard on a working vehicle. The 3d print above might be your best option, plus they look a lot sturdier.

That said, here's a 71k 2000 SR5 (tan interior) sitting in a wrecking yard in VA, which is the lowest mileage 3rd gen I've ever seen in a yard. It's far, but they might ship a small part like that if it's still available and you ask nicely:
