Talking Photo Timeline of my 4Runner {LOTS OF PICS}

So, August 1st was the three year annaversary of owning my truck and I was looking at old pics of her, and she's really come a long way...so I have decided to post a picture timeline of the last 3 years.

Meet "Summer"...
The first day I brought her home...{August 01, 2006}

however, she didn't stay stock long...I got the brush guard from my then-girlfriend, the KC lights from my friend Mike and the bike rack from my parents for my birthday in September, and added the 31x10.50R15 BFG MudTerrains to the stock wheels, which I painted semi gloss black in early October, 2006

Fast forward to February, 2007. I added a 2.5" coil spacer lift that I bought on eBay for $105. I know, I couldn't resist...

Christmas Eve, 2007: Added the Coleman Safari Rack, clear turn signals and tint-matched the front windows a few weeks prior

January, 2008: I installed a 12,000K HID plug'n'play kit from vvme.com:

February 29, 2008: Me and my buddy Dave (Nissan Frontier, stock w/31x10.50 BFG A/T) went mudding...serious mudding...

In February 2009 I spent my entire tax return on my new BFG MudTerrain KM2 in 285/70R17 and finished painting my 06 Sequoia wheels...This was the start of my 'Mod Spree'

In March, I finally brought in my Jaos Spoiler (that I got for christmas) to the body shop to get painted...

and later on in March, 2009, I removed my running boards (after much deliberation)

and then that night I started on my Mesh Grille...

Tax Day, while everyone was scrambling to get their taxes in order (I had already filed, recieved and spent mine in Feb) I was in my driveway installing a 2" Body Lift from 4Crawler. Unfortunately I had to lose the Grille Guard with the body lift, but my girl's dad owns a machine shop so we're working on fabbing it up to fit:

Now it's August and I haven't done much new to my rig, but I did take a photo shoot yesterday with my girl and her Canon Rebel, so I'll post those up when I get them from her...

Very nice!...those rims and tires are killing me...they sweet. That little red that you put on them really makes it stand out. I just can't wait until I get my new set of rims.Just can't wait.

It's great to see what your truck has gone through, love the pictures and everything you have done to the truck. One thing I noticed was that in the "mudding" pics there is so much mud on the headlights the 12,000k HIDs look like 3,000K. One mod I would suggest is to put an HID kit in those KC's, once you get the grille guard back on of course
