your truck is pretty
I really like the black fj80 wheels on yours. I am considering picking some up in the near future.
All around a really good looking truck, I love the color.

So I just replaced my ball joint last week. What a pain in the a**. I also found out that my Upper Control arm bushings are shot so those are next on the list
Old pictured with new. I literaly had to destroy it to get it out.

So I've pulled the bumper. The mount has been twisted and I pretty sure its screwed. Fortunately the bumper itself still seems square, I decided to paint my bumper a new color, getting tired of matte black; went with rusteoleum gloss metallic and did 5 coats along with 2 coats of clear.
Also Ive got new suspension as well. The struts are rancho quicklifts. They are rated at 2.5" and utilize a longer beefier shock body. The neat thing about them is that they have adjustable dampening via a red knob at the bottom.
I also bought Connors old ToyTec superflex coils. Thanks
@ 4Running Daily
for the quick shipping a great packaging.
Hopefully the truck should sit fairly level if not I may have to get toytec's 1/2" spacers ...I hate spacers...

The only thing I would trade anthracite metallic for would be a purple 4Runner.

So I just ordered some of the infamous ebay UCA's. So far the reports seem good. Also I picked up new tie rods inner and outer.
I took this week off. So I should be getting the tie rods, UCA's and the ToyTec Superflex's installed very soon. I feel like I am buying parts more often than I install them. Stay Tuned.
Ill get pics up when I can photo bucket isnt being cooperative

Thanks I thought about switching to the new AOR bumper. But this one has grown on me. We are planning on doing a few modifications, boxing it in to make a sort of hybrid plate bumper, to it later this year
