Yeah, he is a piece of garbage. I don't really have a problem with the stand your ground law as long as it isn't used as a vice in case like this.

I don't understand HOW THEY HAVENT ARRESTED HIM. And I am not usually one to use all caps. But seriously, he is the self admitted first aggressor in the 911 tapes. The FBI should be investigating the case and the DOJ should be investigating the Sampson Police Department.
