Give it some time to dry out, you might just have some water somewhere you shouldn't.
I don't think i'd use WD-40 around electrical contacts. Just give it some time to dry out, you could run it to warm it up and let it dry out quicker.
I would think that a little short in the TPS could give you a bad reading and throw the code.
